Where We Ship
We currently ship within South Africa only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing
All orders are made to order and fulfilled through our printing partner. Please allow:
- 5-7 business days for production
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped immediately.
Shipping Time
After production, delivery typically takes:
- 10–30 business days depending on your location within South Africa
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to courier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Any applicable costs will be clearly displayed before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Delays & Issues
While we work with reliable shipping partners, occasional delays can happen. If your order is significantly delayed or you experience any issues, please contact us and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
