Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Items must be in the same condition as received

Please note that because our products are made to order, returns may not be accepted for items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team (WhatsApp or email) with your order details and reason for return
  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions
  3. Once approved, securely package the item
  4. Ship the item to the return address provided

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay your return.

Refunds

Refund Eligibility

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we only offer refunds or replacements for items that are faulty or incorrect.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if your item:

  • Arrives damaged or defective
  • Has a printing error or manufacturing fault
  • Is incorrect (wrong item, size, or design sent)

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Minor variations in colour or placement that may occur during printing

Reporting an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us (WhatsApp or email) within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

This helps us resolve your case as quickly as possible.

Resolution Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A refund to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 20–30 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Items must be unused and in the condition received
  • We do not require returns for damaged or defective items unless specifically requested
